So what exactly is Life + Mindset Coaching??? I’m so glad you asked!!
To help explain, I’ll share this with you first:
Your thoughts are your power. I was not always aware of this…
I just believed your thoughts are a natural and instinctual reaction to a circumstance…
Something good or bad happens to you, you have a thought about it and you move on the best you can…
What I didn’t know is that the things that go on around us – our circumstances – are completely NEUTRAL. They are only “good” or “bad” based on the thoughts we CHOOSE to have about them. And yes, you can choose to change the way you think about literally anything...
This makes your brain the source of all your power to craft the life you want. It isn’t your circumstances that dictate your life – it’s the thoughts you choose to have about them.
Your THOUGHTS make you FEEL a certain way, which causes you to take ACTION in a certain way, which gives you a RESULT that either serves you or doesn’t. This is an editable process that you can tweak in order to get what you want.
Discovering this changed my life. No joke. No exaggeration.
It gave me my power. Power to create the life I wanted rather than just trying to manage my best though the life I had.

As your coach, I will help you learn mindset management as a tool to create a planned and purposeful relationship between your THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, ACTIONS, and RESULTS. This will allow you to create and build the life you’ve always wanted to have but never knew how to get!
What does the process actually look like?
- You can start with a free Consultation Call prior to making your investment in order to determine if we are the perfect fit for working together.
- Once a client, we begin by doing a thoughtful, in-depth discovery process designed to have you examine your current levels of satisfaction across 8 different aspects of your CURRENT life.
- We then discuss these 8 categories from a perspective of your DREAM life – the life you desire to have.
- Comparing the two, we analyze which aspect(s) of your life have the greatest disparity thereby determining which area(s) to focus on first.
- This creates a Strategic Plan of Action – a road map of our time together.
- It also helps determine which package will likely serve your needs best – 3, 6 or 12 Month Long Packages are available.
Across all packages, clients are given:
- One, hour-long, private coaching call per week for the duration of the package.
- I come to the table with information for you to learn, customized worksheets/workbooks to help you take action on what you are learning and/or journaling/homework based on what you are working on.
- You can come to each session with questions, roadblocks, struggles, celebrations, progress and transformation to share and discuss with me. Whatever necessary for you to get what you need!
- These coaching sessions are done via Zoom which is an online virtual meeting platform where we can see and speak to one another as if we were face to face.
- Any worksheets etc. will be digitally emailed to you.
- Throughout the duration of the package you also have email/direct messaging access to me at any time.
- At the end of the package duration, we do an end of package evaluation with option to extend your investment with new package or a single month extension if desired.
Is Life Coaching for Me?
Do you need to be a complete train-wreck? Does your life need to be in complete shambles? Absolutely not. It certainly can be, but coaching is simply here to help people grow. Plain and simple. If you have the desire to grow as a human and to create a better life for yourself, coaching is for you!
There are four general types of women I help with Life + Mindset Coaching:
1. Women who aren’t sure exactly what their goals and dreams are and need some help figuring it out. They know there’s got to be a better version of life out there for them, but they haven’t quite envisioned it yet. Feel lost, stuck, unfulfilled, trapped.
2. Women who do have a picture painted of their dream life, but just don’t know how to make it happen. Feel overwhelmed, stuck, fearful, confused. Perhaps have tried some things in the past and haven’t found lasting success.
3. Women who know what they want, and know how to make it happen, but they just aren’t taking action on their own. Feel procrastination, fear, a limiting belief, an internal conflict, or lack of confidence.
4. Women who know what they want, know how to make it happen, and are taking action, but want to be pushed out of their comfort zone and held to their very best. High achieving women who thrive by having someone holding them accountable, providing an unbiased sounding board and helping them continue to skyrocket forward in the face of frustration or setbacks.
Is Life Coaching the Same as Therapy?
While Therapy is traditionally focused on analyzing the effects of PAST events + situations, Coaching focuses on the FUTURE.
While Therapy is about processing your emotional history or diagnosing/medicating mental health issues, Coaching is about focusing on the future and taking the active steps required to get you from your present self to your ideal self.
Life Coaching does NOT treat mental disorders and should not be used as a substitute for assistance from a mental health professional and/or a medical doctor.
