IF DIET + EXERCISE AREN’T

The reason the exercise and diet plans you’ve tried in the past have failed is because they are all action based: Instead of doing or eating A, replace it with B. This depends on willpower.
Willpower is trying to force your body to do something AGAINST what your brain is actually telling it to do.
Problem is, while we may be able to do this for a period of time, we CANNOT do this forever. Willpower is like a muscle and will eventually begin to fatigue and will always end up giving out – the brain always wins. This constant battle also tends to make you feel miserable in the process – who wants to always be at war with themselves?
This is why long term transformation doesn’t come from willpower, it comes from changes inside your BRAIN.
Often times we are overweight due to overeating and emotional eating. On top of eating when we are hungry, we also eat in order to buffer or diffuse negative emotions that we feel. Often times without even realizing we are doing it!
For example, eating when you are board, upset, frustrated, angry, sad, lonely, anxious etc.
We also eat due to instilled beliefs and behaviors which don’t serve us such as “clean plate club” mentality or “Mama needs a treat (or drink) for the hard day she’s had,” or even “It’s noon and that means lunchtime!”
This program teaches you how to eliminate the behaviors + beliefs which aren’t serving you and how to appropriately relieve your negative thoughts and feelings as opposed to relying on food to change the way you feel.

I’ve developed this Weight Loss Thru Mindset Program because it’s one of the biggest transformations I’ve created for myself and I am incredibly passionate about sharing it with others who are in the same boat I was.
I’d spent the better part of 12 years trying all sorts of torturous combinations of diets and exercise routines to try and lose weight and get the body I desired.
