As humans, we have 4 Functions for Food:
- Amplify positive emotions (eating to celebrate, for social reasons, or for entertainment)
- Avoid negative emotions (eating to avoid feeling boredom, frustration, self-pity, anger, or sadness)
- Acquired beliefs and behaviors (eating based on social norms we’ve been taught such as “clean plate club” or “it’s noon, that means lunchtime)
- Answer the body’s physical sensation of hunger (eating when your body is signaling it needs fuel)

When do we start and end?
Your 6 months begins the day you enroll and make payment We can schedule our first weekly coaching call as soon as payment has been received. 6 months from that enrollment date, our time together will be up! You will be given options to extend your coaching at that time.
When will my calls be?
We will determine one consistent day and time for our weekly call (M-R, 9am-5pm Mountain). Calls can be rescheduled on occasion for emergency situations.
What things will I need?
You will need to have a smart phone or a computer with webcam to do our live coaching calls on Zoom. This will allow us to see and speak to each other. A printer will be handy for printing out the worksheets, but you can also copy your work into a notebook if you don’t have a printer available.

I’ve developed this Weight Loss Thru Mindset Program because it’s one of the biggest transformations I’ve created for myself and I am incredibly passionate about sharing it with others who are in the same boat I was.
