If we haven’t already become friends, hello! I’m Laura Hinton with Laura Hinton Coaching.
I’ve developed this Weight Loss Thru Mindset Program because it’s one of the biggest transformations I’ve created for myself and I am incredibly passionate about sharing it with others who are in the same boat I was.
I’d spent the better part of 12 years trying all sorts of torturous combinations of diets and exercise routines to try and lose weight and get the body I desired.
I was at the point where I had just begun to accept that maybe I’m just doomed to be that overweight person who is literally about 1 candy bar away from diabetes…and then, hallelujah, I was introduced to the concepts that I’m about to pass on to you in this program!
I’ve lost 55 lbs and have kept it off while still eating the foods I enjoy and without killing myself in a gym.
