In my Signature Program: Weight Loss Thru Mindset, I help women who want to lose 30 or more lbs quit emotionally overeating and lose weight simply + permanently by changing their eating habits + beliefs about food.

Instead of focusing on strict food/nutrition guidelines, frequent/intense workouts or weird gimmicks like pills or shakes, I help my clients by focusing on their mindset and making permanent changes within their brain/thinking. Essentially, I help my clients find freedom from diets and workouts.
